Terms of Service

THE CUSTOMER MUST AGREE:
• If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, I have the right to
cancel the commission.
• Be nice and polite, please.
• I will not tolerate any disrespect or wrongdoing; Likewise, I can cancel the
commission and you could end up blacklisted.
• The commissions will be exclusively for personal use. I will not allow them to
be used for commercial purposes, that is, to make money from the drawings.
• It would be nice if you explained to me the reasons why you want a drawing
made by me. (ex: use it as a profile photo, cell phone background, etc).
• It is forbidden to erase the signature.
• I have the right to use the product as an example for future commissions if
the client allows it.
• Please be very patient.
• By placing your order, you signify that you agree to the Terms and
Conditions.IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING A COMMISSION, I ASK YOU THE FOLLOWING:

• You must be very sure if you really want to buy a commission. Let's avoid problems and losing time.
•You must be very sure what you exactly want me to draw. About Everything.
• Send me a message or gmail with the following information:1. Character reference. (Reef, color palette, description, personality) Extra things like the Pose, facial expression, etc.
2. What kind of commission do you want? (ex: Full Body + Cell shade)
3. Background color or a more elaborate background (optional)WORK TERMS
• The work will be carried out as follows:
1. After the client has done the above steps, I will send as soon as possible
a first sketch (with watermark) for the client to review if they like it.
2. When the client is satisfied with the final sketch, I will start doing the rest of the drawing once the client has sent the money.
3. The commission can take 3 days or 2 weeks, depending on the drawing.
(ex: A Lineart Type drawing can take 2 days or less; A more elaborate Type drawing can take a week and a little more or less) And I can only show 1 or 2 screenshots of the procedure.
4. The client will receive the final product via gmail with quality and without a watermark.PAYMENT TERMS
1. Payment methods only by PayPal and Ko-fi.
2. Refunds will not be allowed after the lineart has started and so on.
3. Only pay in US Dollars.REFUND TERMS
1. It is allowed to make a refund only if the sketch was delivered and the client decides not to continue with the commission.
2. There will be no refund if the commission is already finished and the client does not like the result.
To avoid this issue, be sure to provide the details required to be placed in the sketch.WON'T DRAW:

Términos y Condiciones

EL CLIENTE DEBE ESTAR DE ACUERDO:
• Si usted no está de acuerdo con estos Términos y Condiciones, tengo el derecho de cancelar la comisión.
• Sé amable y educado/a por favor.
• No toleraré ninguna falta de respeto o mala acción; igualmente, puedo cancelar la comisión y podrías terminar en la lista negra.
• Las comisiones estarán exclusivamente para uso personal. No permitiré que se usen para fines comerciales, es decir, ganar dinero con los dibujos.
• Estaría bien si me explicaras las razones por la cual quieres un dibujo hecho por mi. (ej: usarlo como foto de perfil, fondo de celular, etc).
• Está prohibido borrar la firma.
• Tengo el derecho de usar el producto como ejemplo para futuras comisiones si el cliente lo permite.
• Por favor, sé muy paciente.
• Al realizar su pedido, quiere decir que está de acuerdo con los Términos y Condiciones.SI ESTÁ INTERESADO/A EN COMPRAR UNA COMISIÓN, LE PIDO LO SIGUIENTE:
• Debe estar muy seguro si realmente quiere comprar una comisión. Evitemos problemas y pérdidas de tiempo.
•Debe estar muy seguro de lo que exactamente quiere que dibuje. De todo.
• Envieme un mensaje o gmail con la siguiente información:1. Referencia del personaje. (Ficha, paleta de colores, descripción, personalidad). Cosas extras como la Pose, expresión facial, etc.
2. Qué tipo de comisión desea. (ej: Full Body + Cell shade).
3. Color de fondo o un fondo más elaborado (opcional).TÉRMINOS DE TRABAJO
•El trabajo se realizará de la siguiente manera:
1. Luego de que el cliente haya realizado los anteriores pasos, enviaré lo antes posible un primer boceto (con marca de agua) para que el cliente lo revise si le gusta.
2. Cuando el cliente esté satisfecho con el boceto final, comenzaré a hacer el resto del dibujo una vez el cliente haya enviado el dinero.
3. La comisión puede tardar 3 días o 2 semanas, dependiendo del dibujo.
(ej: Un dibujo Tipo Lineart puede tardar 2 días o menos; Un dibujo Tipo más elaborado puede tardar una semana y un poquito más o menos) Y solo puedo mostrar 1 o 2 capturas del procedimiento.
4. El cliente recibirá el producto final mediante gmail con calidad y sin marca de agua.TÉRMINOS DE PAGO
1. Métodos de pago solo por PayPal y Ko-fl.
2. No estará permitido hacer reembolsos luego de que haya comenzado el lineart y demás.
3. Sólo pagar en Dólares Americanos.TÉRMINOS DE REEMBOLSO
1. Está permitido hacer reembolso solo si fue entregado el boceto y el
cliente decide no continuar con la comisión.
2. No habrá reembolso si la comisión ya está terminada y al cliente no le guste el resultado.
Para evitar este problema, asegúrese de informar los detalles
necesarios para colocarlos en el boceto.NO PUEDO DIBUJAR:
